No such thing as a good neighborhood in Philly

None. Just watch the local news every morning. The Philly thug mentality will shoot kids over snowballs, shoot neighbors over parking spots throw grill cooks on their head. After 5 yrs of Philly, I can honestly say this is the absolute worst city I've ever lived in. That's out of 8 cities in total.

I REALLY think that "East" Philly is the safest! I never feel threatened in East Philly. Ha!
