I want to share with everyone the wonderful weekend vacation I have planned for the 4ht of July! I, like most of you I'm assuming, feel like the price of gas has placed a limit on my vacation opportunities.
Well, I'm not happy about it, so I did some research and I found a way to vacation without giving my money to gas conglomerates! This weekend I'm going to Philadelphia Premium Outlets!! I'm staying at the Comfort Inn and because it's teamed up with PPO I get a $25 gift card to the outlets! So the first 25 dollars I spend is completely on the outlets!
PPO is about 45 minutes northwest of Philadelphia so it's really close and it won't cost me a lot to get there. They have extended hours and additional savings for the holiday!! They already offer 25-65% off designer clothes and bags so I'm going to get great deals this weekend. They have about 150 stores so it's perfect that I'm giving myself the entire weekend to veg out at the hotel and shop at my own pace. It's going to feel so good to spend my money on things I can have for the next 5 years rather than spend my money on a plan trip far away.
On Saturday and Sunday PPO has entertainment in food court area. They have classic rock and oldies and they are featuring an acoustic guitar player and vocalist. I'm going to hear live music while I spend my money wisely this weekend! I'm so excited to celebrate the holiday and I'm not going to feel an ounce of guilt about it! Sorry, I coudn't resist the chance to tell everyone about this. If you don't decide to follow me have a great 4th of July!

I know exactly what you are
I know exactly what you are talking about! I went to Philadelphia Premium Outlets during their 4th of July sale during a family vacation. They are in the perfect location to explore the city of Philadelphia with all of the historical places and then have fun and shop! My family was able to buy so many clothes for everyone in the family for such cheap prices! My father saved between $150-200 on shirts he needed for work, my mom saved between $300-350 on dresses for the summer, my sister saved $350-400 on business clothes for work, and I was able to save $200-250 on clothes for when I go back to school! It was amazing! When they guarantee savings of 25-65% off, they really mean it! And they aren't cheap clothes - they are SO nice! Anyone who has the chance should DEFINITELY take advantage of these outlets.
I also recommend staying at one of the hotels in the Shop and Stay Package. Kristen, I see that you are doing that, and it is the best way to go! The hotels that offer this package are VERY nice AND they give you free money towards shopping! What could be better!?!?!
Definitely go to the Philadelphia Premium Outlets - it will be the best decision you and your family make during this holiday weekend!
A fashionista at heart, I
A fashionista at heart, I often go to the Philadelphia Premium Outlets to get the name brands I love but can't entirely afford. A good tip: Sign up for the VIP Club online and receive even MORE discounts on top of the everyday savings. The best part...its FREE! Also, my mom loves to come visit me to shop on 50+ Tuesdays. If you're over 50 you get 10% off everything every Tuesday.

I just saw this blog, and I
I just saw this blog, and I couldn't resist commenting on it. I cannot agree more with Kristen, Katherine and Rachel about how great the Philadelphia Premium Outlets are. I am currently entering my 4th and final year at Delaware University, and after a long week of studying and homework, my favorite weekend activity to unwind is shopping at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets with my best girlfriends. I never worry about money because I know I am getting great deals. I highly recommend making a trip to the outlets!!
